I have the great pleasure of working with clients to help them to achieve real estate goals, and happiness in their lives and homes. I meet with clients throughout the Middle Tennessee region, and Greater Nashville, TN region. My offices are in beautiful Franklin, TN and Spring Hill, TN respectively.
My practice is grounded in contemporary business ethics and advancement strategy. My incorporation of positive psychology, and strong moral compass provide the backbone ethos for my professional relationships.
My Career
I came to this work after extensive study of real estate market drivers and suppressors, over the course of my career in financial services. My career includes experience in both the technology management and financial services industries.
I am currently accepting new clients, but will work with a limited number, as I believe in providing professional attention to all whom I serve. My career has included executive roles at two International Non-Profit agencies, where I held principal oversight in national sales, corporate strategy, and operational process improvement. Over the past 18 years I have held leadership positions at LPL Financial, UBS Financial Services, Denali Advisors, and Bank of America Home Loans. My career accomplishments include having managed over $2 billion in institutional funds, overseeing 200 employees in 8 different departments, as well as personally facilitating hundreds of real estate transactions.
My Education
I hold an MA from Azusa Pacific University, and a BS from CSU Sacramento. I have also been trained in strategic negotiation and portfolio balancing. In addition, I have studied psychology and theology at Bethel University Seminary.
My Priority
Most importantly of all, I’m a happy father and husband who works every day to balance my career ambitions, personal goals, and duties as a parent.
